Data collected. The contact form collects your name, work email, company name, and, if you wish, a message.
Purpose and legal basis. This data is used only to respond to your request. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and on pre-contractual steps you request.
Recipients. Only the KesDone team has access, supported by technical providers: the form-handling service, our business email (Zoho, data centers in Europe), and our host Cloudflare. Some may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards.
Retention. Your data is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@kesdone.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
This site uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tools, and no advertising.
